Question: What kind of data does the Real-Time Plant Monitor display?
Answer: The RTPM displays asphalt transactions, project data, customer data, and trucking data, as well as combinations of these.

Question: Which pages refresh themselves automatically?
Answer: The Unreleased Tickets and Project Summary Chart pages automatically refresh themselves every 60 seconds.

Question: Does the RTPM require us to key or maintain any extra data?
Answer: No. All data and views made available via the RTPM interface are extracted from the Libra Systems EIS database. The RTPM is a read-only view of data, which is drawn from your EIS load-out system. This data is based on load-out Tickets, providing information on project and customer IDs, names, number of loads, tons per customer, and class of materials. Summary views display project names, customer names, project numbers, total tons, and total loads.

Question: Will additional views be added to the RTPM?
Answer: Yes. Although we believe that the RTPM provides great views of your data, there are more views that you can benefit from. Therefore, we will continue to develop additional views and to enrich the current views within this cutting-edge tool.

Question: Is the RTPM limited to a single user?
Answer: No. The RTPM allows multiple users to work with and view data simultaneously. Overall, RTPM is a great tool to increase your productivity and keep everyone in your company up to date. Since RTPM provides data on the fly, status calls to plant operators are virtually eliminated.

Question: Can I try out the RTPM?
Answer: Yes, you can. Click RTPM Demo to view the Real-Time Plant Monitor. Please note that this is test data, provided so that you may experience the Real-Time Plant Monitor first-hand. Because this is test data, we roll the data forward from time-to-time, typically weekly. If the data, such as the Recent Tickets appear to be old, simply give us a call or send an email. We will gladly roll the data forward to help you experience the benefits for the Real-Time Plant Monitor.
