The Real-Time Plant Monitor (RTPM) is built on solid technology as outlined below. Use of this technology allows the RTPM to function well, consuming few resources and adding to your satisfied users.

• Server Prerequisites
  • Version 2 of the .Net Framework
  • Member of a true Windows domain
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008, or greater
  • Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
• Network Prerequisites
  • We recommend a true Windows domain. A true domain will enable all your authenticated users to access the RTPM without special configuration.
• User Prerequisites
  • A recent browser
  • Microsoft Excel is required to allow users to use the right-click and export to Microsoft Excel feature.
